Labeliladi (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a free online label design and printing tool. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Email address — collected when you create an account to sign in with a magic link or Google.
- Label designs — the label sheets, text, images, and settings you save are stored in our database linked to your account.
- Uploaded images — logos and background images you upload are stored in our secure file storage.
- Usage data — basic, anonymised analytics (page views, errors) may be collected to improve the service. No tracking across other websites.
How we use your data
- To provide the service — saving and loading your label designs.
- To authenticate you securely on return visits.
- To send you product updates and tips, only if you opted in when signing up. You can change this preference at any time in your profile settings.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
Marketing emails
If you opted in during sign-up, we may occasionally send you emails about new features, tips for designing labels, or other product updates related to Labeliladi. These emails will always include an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by visiting your profile pageand disabling “Product updates”.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use Row Level Security to ensure your data is only accessible by you.
Data retention
Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. When you delete your account, all your label designs, uploaded images, and personal data are permanently removed.
Third-party services
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
- Google OAuth — if you choose to sign in with Google, Google's privacy policy also applies.
- Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, visit your profile page. For any other requests, contact us at the email below.
